People today do not have time to exercise. This reeks of poor time management. The body needs exercise just as it needs food. Yoga is an excellent form of exercise as it does not strain the body. You should exercise for a minimum one hour daily. This improves metabolism, blood circulation, and tones the muscles. While exercising the body generates endomorphism, which your hormones strongly covet.
Hygiene is very important; you should brush your teeth twice daily. Cleaning your body with running water is essential. Changing your undergarments at least once every day is vital. Keep your surroundings clean. People who neglect hygiene are more likely to contract illnesses and diseases.
Avoid smoking. This has no benefits and in fact it has several adverse effects. Alcohol is another substance to be consumed in moderation. These are bad habits which need to be reversed.
