These contain minerals and vitamins which are key to mental health. The brain requires water too. Therefore, consume lots of fluids even when you do not feel thirsty.
There are certain people who suffer from serious mental illness such schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s. Fortunately modern medical science has developed powerful drugs to alleviate this condition. Mental illnesses no longer attract the stigma as was prevalent in the past.
The mind is a complex, powerful, and mysterious entity. Take care of it and it will certainly take care of you.
