While they may be more prominent during pregnancy and nursing, I have really have not been able to find much on the ‘appearance’ or ways to reduce their prominence. I have not run into a situation like yours where the glands continue to remain are clogged and even increase in number. The puss you could be referring to might be the fluid that the glands produce. However, if it seems more like puss, it could be an infection. Have any of the doctors you have seen tried you on antibiotics?

I will check with some healthcare providers we work with and see if they have run into a situation like yours. In the meantime, I would continue to seek medical advice from other providers. Maybe you will find an answer.
