Another sufferer here! Except, unlike you I am very small breasted (except when nursing) perhaps there is something to your stretching theory though, I am normally a small B but when nursing went to a DD...I wish I could find an answer, I have had them for years and they are getting progressively worse. I know one thing that really seemed to trigger mine was my thyroid ceasing to function, I am on thyroid med now and they are a bit better.
