I too suffer from this exact same problem and I know other women who do. The one think I noticed about the women I know like this, including myself, is that we all are larger breasted women. It may be completely unrelated, but it just seems to me that skin on all of us is all stretched considerably causing our pores to become clogged at times too. In otherwords, we get pimples on the breasts more frequently, as well. I always assumed that the stretching could have possibly effected by glands in a similar way allowing for more particles to collect in the openings of the gland making it simulate a clog pore (pimple).

I could be way off base with this idea, but I can offer this advice that seems to work for me. Before you unclog your glands by squeaking them clean them and allow a hot, wet towel to rest on your chest for a brief moment to help open the skin. After unclogging the glands be sure to rinse with cool water, I would even recommend using a clearsil pad or alcohol wipe.

I can't get rid of problem completely, but this method has helped me control the frequency of clogs and the issues that come from unclogging.
