Dear Betsy, I would like to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work and dedication in developing and driving the Stamp Out Breast Cancer Act. Your personal contributions to this landmark legislation have been invaluable, and as a result, the millions of lives, including ours, which have been touched by this disease now have the security of knowing that a great effort is being made on their behalf.
