There is always confusion with a breast cancer diagnosis. And of course, whenever a medical provider says something that you do not quite understand, be sure to ask more questions. In addition, perhaps a second opinion would be helpful.
What did the radiologist say that differed from your surgeon or the oncologist? Was it mearly bedside manner or truly something completely different?
We do not render medical opinions, or any information on this website is not intended to replace the advice of your doctor. Keeping that in mind, from what you've said, are you saying that radiation and tamoxifen are being recommended to you? Is there any other chemotherapy being recommended?
