Hi. I am 35 yrs. old with a painful node in my right armpit, however, like you I feel no mass or lump, simply painful nodes. I also was wondering if this might be a sign of breast cancer. I recently had my first mammogram and it came back as needing more images, but I figure it might be attributable to my breast implants. Can anyone answer my question as to whether or not a painful lymph node in the armpit is indicative of cancer? Thanks.
