I would be interested in hearing from individuals who have opted to not have radiation therapy for DCIS. I am weighing which way to treat my DCIS, which was small, with clean margins following lumpectomy and was of an intermediate grade. Tissue from surgery did not show any additional DCIS, although there was some atypical hyperplasia, but not in margins. I am also Considering tamoxifen as a preventative measure and would be interested in hearing others experiences with that drug. Thanks for your feedback.
