FAQ Posted by Beverly on 4/7/2000 from 63.204.179.226:I have just completed my first week of radiation therapy
for Stage 1, Grade 1 breast cancer, following lumpectomy
and axillary node dissection. Two days ago I got dizzy
during treatment, the therapist said it was not related to
the treatment. Yesterday I started feeling woozy and queasy.
Although I have never suffered from motion sickness before,
I wonder if thats whats happening now. Since both the table
and machines are moving, and the laser light is in my eyes,
I can't help thinking thats the cause because I still feel
like the table is moving when its stopped. I got through
treatment today by creative visualization and averting my
eyes. Anyone else have this experience?
