I have a question or should I say descision to make. I recently had my mamogram done. The radiologist suggested an ultra sound because of a spot that was not on any previous mamograms. I had the ultra sound done and it did not show up much of anything. The radiologist wanted a spot compression mamogram done on the area. Which we did the same day. She told me there was a suspicious spot that she would like checked again in 6 months. Should I trust this or have a second opinion. I feel six months can make a big difference in treatment if indeed it is cancer. I am undecided as to what to do.
