FAQ ]Posted by Toni on 1/9/2000 from 152.163.204.186:In reply to: WIN Against Breast Cancer (WIN ABC) posted by Betsy Mullen on 12/31/1999 from 152.163.194.197:
:I am a BC survivor of 6 weeks. I was diagnosed in April 1999. I had the lump removed plus an sentinal node biopsy which resulted in 14 nodes removed and one with cancer cells. I underwent 12 weeks of chemotheraphy, 6 weeks of radiation and that all ended 6 weeks ago. I still am having problems with swelling in the breast area. Both the Radiologist and the Surgeeon are aware but unconcerned. Should I be concerned? The brest is red, swellon and sore to the touch. I have had this since the surgery. Can you suggest any treatments?
