The legislation to reauthorize Breast Cancer Research Stamp for another two years, HR 4437, passed in the Senate on Wednesday night, July 26th and was signed into law by the President on Friday morning, July 28th!!

We would like to thank all of you for all your tremendous support on this effort. All the calls, faxes and emails made a huge impact. This would not have happened were it not for all of you. We can make a difference!

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to United States Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) who has maintained a leadership position on behalf of this stamp since its inception.

As of June 16, 2000, 214 million stamps have been sold raising over $15.1 million for breast cancer research, making it a great success.
