I do not have any statistics on Paget's disease of the breast to know how many will eventually get cancer in the breast. Paget's is a very rare form of breast cancer that only occurs in 1-4% of all diagnosed cases.

If you have conflicting advice, perhaps seeking an additional opinion might help you in making a decision.
