I am glad to hear that your biopsy results are good. In terms of time for recovery, it will vary from person to person and on how much tissue was removed and how deep, the method of biopsy etc. The hardness could be a result of bruising and bleeding that may have taken place. If the hardness does not appear to be getting better after a couple of weeks, you should definitely contact your doctors office. Or actually, anytime you have questions, that is why they are there.
