FAQ ]Posted by JS on 1/9/2004 from 216.168.141.69:I have a question, earlier in 2003 (March), I had a non-lactational mastitis. I was sure I was dying of breast cancer, well I had a mammo and ultrasound that proved negative and over time the problem subsided.
Now I have a slight indentation, not really a dimple, don't know quite what it looks like, but I only see it when I bend over at the waist with my arms extended. I saw an excellent breast surgeon had another mammo and two ultrasounds, she is going to follow-up in April.
Am I doing enough, there is no lump underneath it, it is very soft. I am 32 and my husband and I want to conceive, but I am afraid of being pregnant and finding out this is something sinister. Could the infection have done this?
Thanks
