There could be any number of reasons for the thickening in your breast. There are fibrocystic ridges that could be causing this, but I think it is wise that you are going to a doctor to have it examined. Then, they can do any follow-up screening tests that may be necessary.
It is normal to have a discharge when you squeeze your nipples, and in fact, if it comes from both nipples, particularly if it is milky, is probably due to hormonal changes or perhaps even prescription medication, and not to cancer.
