It is highly unlikely that, at your age, you have breast cancer. Though I understand that you are more aware and concerned about it because of your mother's situation. It is wise that you are having things checked out by a doctor, though I know the waiting seems unbearable.
There are any number of reasons why you might be experiencing the type of symptoms you mentioned.
