While it is highly unlikely at your age that it is breast cancer, males do account for about 1-2% of all breast cancers diagnosed. I think it is good that you are being observant and pro-active about your body.

There could be a number of reasons for these changes including a simple infection that can be treated with antibiotics. However, I would highly recommend that you see a physician so that you can be properly examined to determine the cause. It is much better to go to the doctor and be told that this is a benign condition that is easily treatable than to spend your time and energy being fearful that it is something worse.

Please let me know the outcome of the exam and if there is any additional information that you may need.
