I apologize for the delay in responding to your question but I did not see this as a new message. It is usually best to post a question as a new one as opposed to a response to an old question.

There can be any number of reasons why you may have a painful swollen lymph node in the armpit. It does not mean that it is cancer.
If this problem has not resolved itself by now, you should be seeing a physician to determine the cause and get recommendations for possible solutions.
