Dorys,
Your question brings up many complex issues. One is of financial resources available and the next is a physician who could be notified of your test results. According to the places I spoke with in Houston, they require a physician of record to send test results to. This is to ensure that proper follow-up would be given if needed.

We do have some very useful resources about finding ways to pay for care and would like to send them to you. Please complete our patient profile form and let me know your address and they can be in the mail this week.
