Now chemotherapy is about to start.I want to get expert advice for proper chemotherapy medicine, dose and number of courses with duration between each course to suit my particular case.The post surgery medical reports and other related informations are given below for your reference. Kindly send me the requisite information as soon as possible.

Histopathology Report:
1. Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma with tubular (40%) and Signet Ring (10%) components 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 cms. Grade I (On a scale of I to III).
2. Tumour is reaching very close to deep excision margin(< 0.1 cms).
3. Skin Nipple and areola are tumour free.
4. Seven Out of sixteen (7/16) Axillary Lymph Nodes show Tumour Deposit.
5. Vascular/Lymphatic Invasion : Vascular Invasion.
6. Necrosis : Absent.
7. Fibrosis : ++ .
8. Lymphocytic Infiltration : + .
9. Intra Duct Component
I. Relative Amount : 10%
II. Type : Solid + Comedo Type.
10. Multifocal/Multicentric : NA.
11. Skin/Nipple And Areola : Tumour Free.
12. Other Lesions : Absent.
13. Surgical Margins
(Deep Margins) : Tumour is < 0.1 CMS. away
from deep excision margin.
14. Axillary Lymph Nodes:
Level I Axillary Lymph node : 4 out of 10 Lymph nodes
are tumour positive.
Level II Axillary Lymph node : 3 out of 5 Lymph nodes
show Metastasis.
Level III Axillary Lymph node: Single Benign Lymph node
is seen.
15.Estrogen Receptors total score : 80. (Weak Positive)
16.Progesteron Receptors total score : 00. (Negative)
17. Tumor Prognostic Markers:
P53 : -VE.
Epidermal growth factor receptor : -VE.
C-erb-B2 (HER 2/NEU) Oncoprotein.: ++VE.
CATHEPSIN-D : ++VE.
Proliferating cell nuclear antigen : 30%
18. Echocardiography Report. : Normal LV size with
preserved LV function.
