Have my first appt with a surgeon this Thursday to discuss and schedule an excision biopsy. Got an initial diagnosis of ADH from a stereotactic guided needle biopsy. I understand that when ADH is the diagnosis, surgical excision is always called for since it will usually yield a different diagnosis. I've never walked this road before and would appreciate your advice on what are helpful questions to ask the surgeon. Have had WAY too many suprises the last couple of weeks and sure as heck don't need any more! The site is small (1mm) and will have to be marked with a guide wire.
