Hi Ruth,I have one more ac to go and had hairloss shortly after the first one and due for the second one.I had cut my long hair and donated it prior to my mastectomy.I then went to my husbands barber and got it cut even shorter.This made it easier when it started to come out.It was still distressing but I'm used to it now.I look at pictures of myself with hair and I don't recognise myself.That is the old me.I have chosen not to wear a wig and use scarves or hat.Just remember it does grow back and you are the same with or without hair.Ruth
