Of all of the wide and varied potential adverse effects from taking Tamoxifen, I have not read or heard anything about hair loss connected with taking this drug. There might be other reasons for your hair loss. Have you discussed this with your healthcare team? You might want to contact the manufacturer of Tamoxifen. AstraZeneca has a consumer hotline at (800) 345-4334. I will do some additional research and if I find any pertinent information regarding your situation, I will get back to you.
