Dear Shelly,
Thank you for speaking with me yesterday. I responded to Besty's e-mail and informed her that you were correct - my oncology surgeon WAS my best advocate and PHS approved his appeal. I can't express my thanks enough to you. Your phone call truly changed my day.....I was not only reassured but your listening ear lightened my load.....Again, thank you. The approval and your kindness has made the trip to Washington D.C. to send my "middle" baby off to college easier.....as difficult a year I've had I am truly blessed with a wonderful support system.....again, thanks for joining my team. Sincerely, Kathi Ahlberg
