The chances of a teenager developing breast cancer are very rare. The dark scab can come from bloody nipple discharge. One of the most common causes of this is intraductal papilloma, a small wartlike growth that projects into the ducts near the nipple. Any slight bump or bruise in the area of the nipple can cause the papilloma to bleed. Multiple intraductal papillomas are more common in younger than older women. They often occur in both breasts and are more likely to be associated with a lump than with nipple discharge. I don't know if this is what you have but I would strongly recommend you see your physician. There are many reason for nipple dishcarge, that are from benign breast conditions.
