FAQ ]Posted by Shelly Blechman on 7/28/2000 from 216.246.34.217:In reply to: mammogam & ultrasound results posted by Sheri on 7/24/2000 from 205.188.196.33:
There are a few steps to take before a biopsy and there is a lot I don't know about you. I would call your OB/GYN and have he/she explain the results of the mammogram and ultrasound. Is there a definitve lump or area of concern? More information is needed to even begin to determine the type of biopsy that might be right for your situation. It might be appropriate to wait and do a follow-up mammogram. If you would like to discuss this in greater detail you may call me at 626/332-2255 or email me. I would also be glad to send you out some general information on this subject.
