First: Determine which version you have (3.x and below or 4.x and above)

For 3.x and below: Choose the Options menu. Click General Preferences, then the Appearance tab. In the Startup section, click the Home Page Location button then type in "http://www.winabc.org" and click "OK".

For version 4.x and above: Choose the Edit menu. Click Preferences. In the Category section, click Navigator, then type "http://www.winabc.org" and click "OK".
